Tekcab performs a site survey (measuring) of your existing kitchen area.  We then provide our clients with a professional and comprehensive set of "as is" drawings in a PDF file format.  These "as is" drawings typically include a Floor Plan, Interior Wall Elevations, Reflected Ceiling Plan (if required), and photos.  The drawings  will show locations of doors/windows, plumbing/electrical, bulkheads and any feature that might effect the outcome of your Ikea kitchen layout.  These drawings will provide ample information for your kitchen designer whether it's you, Tekcab or Ikea.
